What is the role?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Inside Sales to lead and manage our team of Sales Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running outbound lead generation initiatives, with experience managing teams of ~10 individuals.


  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and building pipeline value through outbound campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Mentor and coach individual team members to help them reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove obstacles that are hindering sales performance.


  • 7+ years of experience in inside sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully running outbound lead generation initiatives for the US geography.
  • Experience managing teams of ~10 individuals, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive sales strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of extensively using CRMs and high analytical ability

Lead Generation: Successfully generate leads through outbound campaigns to support sales goals and objectives.

Pipeline Value: Build pipeline value through lead-generation initiatives to drive future revenue growth.
