Job Description

Job Role Xoxoday is seeking Country Head for South-East Asia & the USA. The country head will be responsible for managing the business including revenues, P/L, team management in the particular geography. Ideal candidate would be someone, who enjoy building and leading high performing development teams that focus on delivering business value continuously


 What you'll be doing


1. Explore & identify the opportunities to expand in the respective market. It will include preparing & implementing the Go to market strategy including budgeting.

2. Takes a leadership role organizationally in the ongoing drive to acquire new business by building, managing & motivating the onsite as well as the Indian team

3. Responsible for executing the entire sales cycle including account meetings, demonstrations, industry meetings, prospecting, cold-calling, account research, proposals, negotiations & closure

4. Develop long-term warm relationships with customers to develop each account through cross-selling & up-selling

5. Building & managing the partner ecosystem in the respective geography

6. Should be able to forecast the monthly, quarterly & yearly revenues from the respective geography

7. Should be able to establish, implement & monitor the KPI metrics for the geography

8. Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development teams to build & promote the brand in the respective market

9. Participating & working towards the vision of the organization

10. Manage the administrative & compliance activities for the geography  



 What you need to succeed in this role

1. SaaS/B2B technology sales experience of more than 10+ years with selling to CXOs & senior management

2. Experience of Solution and Value-Based Selling to solve the customer problem

3. In-depth knowledge of the particular geography. An existing client relationship will be preferred

4. Driven, High Energy, Can-Do attitude

5. Experience of leading the teams to achieve multimillion dollars revenue targets

6. Strong communication and team management skills

7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

8. Strong listening and presentation skills

9. Data-driven, analytical, strategic thinking & approach

10. Excellent customer service attitude with negotiation skills

11. Experience of managing the operations & compliances for the respective geography

12. The entrepreneurial experience will be plus
