Executive - Talent Acquisition

What is the role?

You will be working closely with the internal and external stakeholders in gathering and closing the open talent requisitions. You must be fluent with the complete recruitment cycle, know hiring hacks and have strong people network to brand and promote the open requisitions. This will be a contract to hire position with first initial 3-6 months as contract and then basis performance will be converted to a full time hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather hiring requirement from the managers
  • Manage the job postings both on internal and external platforms
  • Work closely with the vendor partners in scouting for right talent
  • Screen, shortlist, align and coordinate interviews
  • Engage in salary negotiations and roll out offers
  • Work on pre joining documentation and verification
  • Engage actively with the prospective joiners during pre-onboarding phase
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements in the recruitment process
  • Maintain MIS, release timely reports and hiring dashboards

  • 2-3 years of experience in tech & non-tech/functional recruitment
  • Must be well versed in screening technical profiles
  • Prior exposure to SaaS recruitments preferred
  • Excellent with –
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Negotiation skills
  • Handling candidates from Tier-1 colleges
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Data management
  • Prior work experience in vendor management preferred
  • Proven record in deep web searches and/or innovative ways of hiring talent
