Implementation Manager(US Shift)

Who we are looking for

We're looking for a passionate Implementation specialist to join our growing team and help us provide intuitive and delightful experiences to our customers. As an Implementation specialist, you will work closely with our overseas clients during their implementation process, serve as a technical resource on an ongoing basis to ensure that their systems are integrated successfully with our app and that their commission math has been replicated accurately. 

What you’ll contribute in this role

• As a member of the implementation team, take the lead in implementation engagements with clients and support in engagements
• Understand the client’s problem statement and act as a solutions architect to help address it using platform
• Project Management
• Engage with Customers to map out current processes.
• Understand client’s commission plans and data structures 
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams (Sales) and drive project success with on time delivery
• Draw out implementation plans,Product Demo, Training, and project setup for enterprises
• You will juggle multiple implementation engagements at once and ensure that clients are progressing as quickly as possible
• Stakeholder Management
  

What experience you’ll bring to Xoxoday  

• 5-6 yrs of experience in Consulting/IT/SAAS delivery and who has worked with Western enterprises.
• Highly analytical thinker with a natural ability to mentally map complex systems
• US B-VISA preferred
• Self starter with ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep everything on track
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented - you will be asked to notice small details and fit them within the larger picture
• Experience in handling enterprise customers
• Basic understanding of API integrations, JSON structure, etc. 
• Basic understanding of Infosec and Enterprise IT processes, etc.
