Implementation Specialist

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a passionate Implementation specialist in Compass to join our growing team and help us provide intuitive and delightful experiences to our customers. As an Implementation specialist, you will work closely with our clients during their implementation process, serve as a technical resource on an ongoing basis to ensure that their systems are integrated successfully with our app and that their commission math has been replicated accurately. 

What you’ll contribute in this role?

• As a member of the implementation team, take the lead in implementation engagements with clients and support in engagements
• Understand the client’s problem statement and act as a solutions architect to help address it using Compass platform
• Engage with Customers to map out current processes.
• Understand client’s commission plans and data structures 
• Work collaboratively across teams and drive project success with on time delivery
• Draw out implementation plans, timelines and provide regular updates to customers during implementation.
• You will juggle multiple implementation engagements at once and ensure that clients are progressing as quickly as possible
• Provide onboarding assistance and training to customer admins and payees.
  

What experience you’ll bring to Xoxoday?

• 4-6 yrs of experience in a relevant customer facing role
• Highly analytical thinker with a natural ability to mentally map complex systems
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Self starter with ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep everything on track
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented - you will be asked to notice small details and fit them within the larger picture
• Experience in handling enterprise customers
• Basic SQL understanding
