What is the role?

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with engineering, product management & product marketing team to gain detailed product knowledge
• Create easy to understand and high-quality documentation such as user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, in-platform instructions, installation/configuration instructions, FAQs, and system operations
• Build and maintain client aids such as online videos, demos, and other educational techniques
• Conduct detail analysis on topics and develop technical blogs and content that would interest readers and generate inbound traffic
• Monitor technical documentation libraries and maintain updates as required
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results

What are we looking for?

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience of writing SEO based content, Keywords insertion & Placement, Sequencing, by finding Keyword density.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
• Ability to clearly write highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
• Ability to understand technical concepts easily
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
