After you signup, you can access all the features in the Xoxoday Compass Plan for 14 days. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with Xoxoday Compass before you buy the product.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Xoxoday Compass is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Is my data safe?
We take security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data center is EU safe harbor compliant and all Xoxoday Compass plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No. Xoxoday Compass is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Who owns my data?
You do! It's your data after all! We want you to be with Xoxoday Compass because you love using the product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from Xoxoday Compass any time you need.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through the credit cards via stripe. At this time, we only accept payments online. All of our payments follow USD pricing.
Why business Email is needed during signup?
Compass is a B2B product, best suited for employees in an organisation. Hence, we expect that sign-ups are also from the official email id. This helps our sales teams to reach out to the right sign-ups.
Can a subscription be paused?
No, you cannot pause your subscription. You will have to cancel your subscription and re-subscribe whenever you want to comeback to Compass.
