Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners, open to exploring new revenue streams
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
  • Manage agreements, commercial discussions, onboarding and end to end operations
  • Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Immediate joiners will be preferred, people with more than 30 days notice should not apply. 
  • 2-5yrs in alliances, partnerships or similar experience.
  • MBA degree is a plus, not a must 
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability towards constructive networking.
  • Team player and multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the rewards/gift cards/perks industry is a plus
  • CTC upto 10lpa (depending on experience and expertise)
