Job Profile

A Sales Development Representative(SDR) Team Lead will work closely with the team of SDRs across demographics to generate qualified meetings and attend to the team's operational needs. Will manage the team, develop strategies to reach the targets, share weekly daily/weekly updates with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and motivate the SDR team. Responsible for leading the team in successfully building the pipeline for the sales team
  • Responsible for creating the sales lead funnel across targeted geographies like USA, APAC
  • Plan continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements are being met
  • Quality check on leads, database, maintain healthy CRM hygiene
  • Responsible for timely updates and reports
  • A thorough check on outbound activities leads generated, implement a new process to improve performance
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs.
  • Vet lead list for warm and cold leads and before passing it to SDR team

What are we looking for?

  • The candidate should be an expert in Hubspot.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
  • Looking for an experienced candidate in the USA market.
  • Prior team handling experience is a must.
  • A keen eye on data, analytics, and insights to drive revenue targets.
  • Graduate in any stream or equivalent qualification
