The solution seamlessly integrated with various survey and CRM software, allowing BarRaiser to send rewards directly from their workflow. BarRaiser utilized Zapier integration to configure Xoxoday's reward engine and set up automated workflows for the rewarding process. They executed two campaigns to address their challenges:

  • Campaign 1: Increase feedback rates from candidates placed in certain organizations. Candidates who filled out a Google Survey Form were automatically rewarded with brand. This feedback helped BarRaiser improve their product and services.
  • Campaign 2: Drive candidate attendance rate for scheduled interview rounds. Coupons were sent to candidates who appeared for the interviews.

Résultats

So far, BarRaiser has distributed over 600 rewards through Xoxoday's solution. They are looking to scale the solution further, as even a 10% improvement in candidate attendance can make a massive difference for their customers.
