Who are we looking for

A Growth leader, you must have a natural flair for first-principle thinking, should be focused on innovation, and have the vision to unlock massive new opportunities.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will direct regional campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives for e-commerce products in our focus markets. Your goal will be to enable and optimize for e-commerce revenue, customer acquisition, A/B testing performing Ads, and growth experiments.


  • Own growth strategy for our consumer product, including P&L responsibility. Work at the intersection of product & marketing to deliver strategies for unlocking growth potential.
  • Create, plan and execute viral marketing campaigns & growth hacks for the e-commerce business globally on multiple platforms.
  • Develop e-commerce sales and promotional strategies to meet customer acquisition, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Generate sales through e-commerce platforms as per assigned targets and meet the GMV.
  • Uncover PLG opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs, behaviors & actions.
  • You will own the entire user lifecycle and their journey which will mean end-to-end ownership of AARRR funnel.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring their growth and success for the product.
  • Work closely with creative teams to build a brand experience that customers love.

We’re looking for you if you have,

  • 3+ years of experience in running successful B2C growth hacks & marketing.
  • Full understanding of the digital marketing function with data backed experiments. 
  • Experience in the gift cards, perks, fintech, deals, experiences industry will be a great plus.
  • Experience managing e-commerce campaigns across different markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach by using qualitative & quantitative data from heatmaps, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and other tools. 
  • Hands-on experience with PPC ads, SEO basics, social ads across different channels.
  • Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns, referral campaigns or other viral campaigns.
  • Experience in designing and implementing the overall growth strategy of at least 1 past organization.
  • Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
