Pricing FAQs

Plum runs on a pre-funded wallet model. You add funds, and rewards are issued against that balance. In the Rewards Hub “Pay when you send” model, your wallet recharge is your spend and we give you a discount on it. In the “Pay when it’s redeemed” model (available across all three ways), a platform fee and per-transaction fee apply. Talk to sales for specifics.
