Submit a referralYou will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after submission. As your referral moves through the pipeline, including if it does not progress, you will receive automated status updates. There is no manual tracking required on your end.
Anyone. The program is open globally with no industry restrictions, no geographic limits, and no requirement to be an existing Xoxoday customer.
For Empuls: companies with 200+ employees facing engagement or attrition challenges. For Plum: marketing or procurement teams running promotions or gifting at scale. For Loyalife: banks, insurers, retailers, or consumer brands running loyalty programs.
Commissions are tiered at 10% for your first referral, 15% for your second, and 20% from your third onward, capped at $10,000 per referral, calculated on the first year's contract value, and paid once the deal closes. You can also earn up to $300 per qualified meeting, subject to prior discussion with Xoxoday.
Your 100-day window starts the moment you submit the referral. If the deal does not close within that period, it will not qualify for commission.
If the company is already a Xoxoday customer, or is currently in active conversation with Xoxoday's sales team at the time of your submission, the referral will be ineligible for commission. To qualify, the company must have no existing relationship with Xoxoday and no open pipeline at the time you submit.
After your referral clears validation, our sales team contacts the referred company within 48 hours. You will receive automated status updates as the conversation progresses. If you made a warm introduction, you do not need to follow up with Xoxoday separately.
None. There is no joining fee, no monthly or annual target, and no exclusivity clause. Participating places no restrictions on your other business relationships.
Commission payments may be subject to local tax regulations. Referral partners are responsible for declaring income in their own jurisdiction. Xoxoday does not provide tax advice.
Yes. Xoxoday reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Commission on deals already closed will be honored in full.
