Every 24 hours, automatically. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Xoxoday admin console.
First name, last name, official email, employee code or ID, grade, department, designation, date of birth, date of joining, mobile number, business unit, cost center, and location. Additional fields can be added on request.
The integration is built on the ADP developer API and works with ADP product variants that expose employee data through that API. Our partnerships team confirms compatibility during onboarding.
One-way. ADP is where the data lives, Xoxoday reads from it. Recognition, reward, and survey activity captured in Xoxoday stays in Xoxoday. We do not write back to ADP.
An ADP client ID and API key from the ADP developer portal. Your Xoxoday account manager handles the backend integration once credentials are shared.
When the exit date or status changes in ADP, Xoxoday removes the employee from the active list on the next sync. They stop receiving recognition prompts, surveys, and reward triggers.
