Setup uses a HiBob API token together with an OAuth connection, plus field mapping and a domain allow-list or ignore-list. You will need admin access to both HiBob and Xoxoday to complete it.
Yes. The setup includes a domain allow-list and ignore-list so consultants, contractors, and external accounts can be excluded before the first sync runs.
One-way. HiBob is where the data lives, Xoxoday reads from it. Recognition, reward, and survey activity captured in Xoxoday stays in Xoxoday. We do not write back to HiBob.
