Peer nominations and award approvals route through the reporting lines in Bob. Changes to the org chart are reflected on the next sync.

Rewards reach the right inbox

Reward links go to the email stored in Bob. Leavers are deactivated automatically before any pending reward is delivered.

OAuth. There is no API key to copy and paste. Click Connect with OAuth in the Xoxoday admin console, sign in to HiBob, and grant the permissions in a new tab. Xoxoday only sees the fields you map.
Yes. The setup includes allowed-domain and excluded-email filters so consultants, contractors, and external accounts can be excluded before the first sync runs.
One-way. HiBob is where the data lives, Xoxoday reads from it. Recognition, reward, and survey activity captured in Xoxoday stays in Xoxoday. We do not write back to HiBob.
When the employee status changes in HiBob, Xoxoday removes the person from the active list on the next sync. They stop receiving recognition prompts, surveys, and reward triggers.
