Yes. In the Empuls admin dashboard under Integrations, you can connect a specific Teams channel to receive award posts, appreciations, birthdays, and anniversaries.
Yes. Authentication uses your existing Microsoft 365 credentials. The required permissions are User.Read, email, openid, profile, and offline_access.
Recognitions made from the Empuls web or mobile app do not automatically post to Teams channels. Only recognitions sent from within Teams are published to the channel.
Yes. You can customize the app name and icon from the Teams admin console under Manage Apps.
