Xoxoday fetches the available balance from Salesforce's loyalty point API and posts spent points back after each redemption. Loyalty Cloud stays the system of record.

A widget on the Lead or Contact record for 1:1 sends. An action node in Flow for automated sends. Both log to the contact record.

Send or automate rewards from any record
Drop the Xoxoday widget onto a Lead, Contact, or custom object for one-off sends. For automation, add the Xoxoday action node to any Salesforce Flow or Process Builder. The flow fires and the contact gets a reward.
Track everything on the record
Every reward sent, claimed, and delivered logs as an activity on the recipient's Salesforce record. Reward history sits next to every other interaction.

Member earns points in Loyalty Cloud

A customer completes a qualifying activity: a purchase, referral, or tier milestone. Salesforce Loyalty Cloud awards points to their account automatically.

Step 2

SSO takes them straight to the catalog

The member clicks Redeem in Loyalty Cloud and lands on the Xoxoday marketplace via SAML SSO. No second login and no separate account.

Step 3

Member browses and redeems

They choose from 10M+ rewards across gift cards, experiences, and merchandise, all in their local currency. The point cost is shown before they confirm.

Step 4

Points and redemption sync back

Spent points and redemption details write back to Salesforce Loyalty Cloud immediately. Loyalty Cloud stays the system of record.

No. The two integrations are separate. Run the Loyalty Cloud one if you're running a customer or partner loyalty program in Loyalty Cloud. Run the CRM Cloud one if your team wants to send rewards from Lead or Contact records. Some customers run both.

Yes. The Loyalty Cloud integration is designed for member portals built on Experience Cloud, with the Xoxoday marketplace embedded via iFrame or accessed through outbound SSO.
Yes. Each program or segment can have its own catalog, value rules, and brand selection. Customers running multiple loyalty programs (for example, a customer program and a dealer program) configure each one separately from the same admin portal.
For Loyalty Cloud: Xoxoday fetches the available points balance from Salesforce's loyalty point API when a member opens the marketplace, then posts back the deducted points after redemption. Loyalty Cloud remains the source of truth. For CRM Cloud: reward events are logged as activities on the Salesforce contact record after every send and claim.
Xoxoday is GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, CCPA, and CRPA compliant. For the Loyalty Cloud integration, Xoxoday requests originate from documented production IP addresses and domains, and only the data needed for redemption is processed (member ID, available points, transaction confirmations).
You only pay for rewards that get claimed. Unclaimed rewards are refunded automatically. There’s no subscription tier per integration and no monthly minimum. See pricing or contact us for a custom quote.
Both integrations are installed from the Salesforce AppExchange. The CRM Cloud integration installs as a native AppExchange app and is usable within the hour.
