Every 24 hours, automatically, one-way from SAP SuccessFactors into Xoxoday.
Email, first name, last name, employee ID, department, designation, date of joining, date of birth, manager email, HR email, and employee status. Additional fields can be added on request.
One-way. SAP SuccessFactors is where the employee data lives, Xoxoday reads from it. Recognition, reward, and celebration activity captured in Xoxoday stays in Xoxoday. We do not write back to SAP SuccessFactors.
Yes, with the native integration. Employees are authenticated over SSO and taken straight to the Xoxoday Rewards Marketplace inside the SAP SuccessFactors interface, so there is no separate portal or second login.
Both sync employee data one-way from SAP SuccessFactors into Xoxoday every 24 hours. The native integration additionally embeds recognition and reward redemption inside the SAP SuccessFactors interface itself, using SSO, so employees never leave SAP to send or claim a reward.
Pricing is based on the rewards your team sends. You pay only when an employee claims their reward. Unclaimed rewards are refunded automatically. See pricing or contact us for a custom quote.
When the exit date or status changes in SAP SuccessFactors, Xoxoday removes the employee from the active list on the next sync. They stop receiving recognition prompts, celebrations, and reward triggers.
