Data syncs every 24 hours
Empuls pulls employee data from factoHR once every 24 hours. The sync is one-way, from factoHR to Empuls.
Step 4
Create, update, and exit events flow through
New employees are added, changes update existing profiles, and exits are removed based on exit date or status.
