How it works
From Freshteam API key to automated rewards
Step 1
Get your Freshteam API key
Fetch the API key from the Freshteam admin settings. You will also need your Freshteam account URL.
Step 2
Add Freshteam in Empuls
In the Empuls Admin Dashboard, go to Integrations, then HRMS Applications, select Freshteam, and click Add Freshteam.
Step 3
Connect and test
Enter the Freshteam URL and API key, then test the connection before continuing.
Step 4
Pick fields and sync timing
Select the data fields to import, choose the sync timing, and confirm. Employee data then syncs every 24 hours.
