An admin connects Loyalife to Insider via API from the Loyalife admin panel. Insider is configured to send journey events to Loyalife on each trigger.

Configure journey triggers in Insider
Marketing ops set up which Insider journey steps - cart adds, referrals, app opens, sign-ups - should award Loyalife points and with what value.
Step 3
Member earns points or receives reward
The moment the Insider event fires, Loyalife processes it and credits points or issues the reward in real time so the member sees an updated balance in the same session.
Step 4
Loyalife updates balance and Insider sends confirmation
