Create a profile in Oracle HCM and the employee is added to Xoxoday Empuls on the next sync. Profile changes update the existing record, and exited employees are removed based on their exit date or status.
One source of truth
Oracle HCM stays the system of record. Xoxoday Empuls reads from it, so HR never edits the same person in two places.

Map the fields you need

Three required fields, the rest is your call
First name, last name, and official email are always synced. Everything else is optional, so you control what moves into Xoxoday Empuls.

From Oracle HCM record to Xoxoday Empuls profile

Step 1

Connect Oracle HCM

An admin enters the Oracle URL, username, and password in Xoxoday Empuls and runs "Test connection" to confirm access.

Step 2

Map the fields

First name, last name, and official email are required. Select and map any of the optional fields you want to bring across.

Step 3

Validate, filter, and schedule

Validate the data, set filters, then run the sync once now to create accounts and send invites, or schedule it for later.

Step 4

Stay in sync every 24 hours

New hires are added, changes are updated, and exited employees are removed. Data moves one way, from Oracle HCM to Xoxoday Empuls.
