The Xoxoday Outlook add-in is deployed to the organization so managers can send recognition directly from within Outlook.

Recognition and reward emails route through Outlook
Milestone events - birthdays, anniversaries, manager awards - trigger rich-format notification emails to the recipient's Outlook inbox.
