What you can do

Four things you get once Slack sign-in is on

Employees sign in with Slack. Empuls matches them by email, so access follows an identity your team already manages.

Sign in with Slack

Use your Slack identity
Employees reach Empuls with the Slack workspace identity they already use every day.
No separate credentials
People do not need another username and password to get into Empuls.

Matched by email

Existing users keep access
Existing users retain access as long as the email address in Empuls matches the identity they sign in with.
One matching rule
Email matching is how Empuls reconciles users across every SSO method it supports.

Set up by your admin

Enabled in Admin Hub
A Super Admin turns on Slack under User Access Settings, then User Authentication.
Verified at connection
Slack sends a verification code to the admin's email to complete authentication.

One option among several

Works alongside other methods
Empuls also supports email and password, Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, and SAML 2.0.
Native, not custom
Slack SSO is a native Xoxoday connection, available for Empuls and Plum.
