How it works
From Superworks record to Empuls profile
Step 1
A profile is created in Superworks
HR adds the employee in Superworks as usual. Nothing changes in your current workflow.
Step 2
The profile syncs to Empuls
Once every 24 hours, new profiles are added to Empuls with the default Employee role.
Step 3
Updates carry through
Changes made to an employee profile in Superworks are reflected in Empuls on the next sync.
Step 4
Exits are removed automatically
When an employee exits, Empuls removes them based on the exit date and status from Superworks.
