From the Empuls admin panel, connect your Microsoft 365 account. A Microsoft 365 admin grants the permissions needed to post to Viva Engage.

Configure which recognition events post to Viva Engage
Choose which Empuls recognition events - peer awards, manager awards, milestone celebrations - automatically publish to the Viva Engage feed.
