Step 1
Create an app in Zoho
Create a server-based app in the Zoho Developer Console and generate a Client ID and Secret.
Step 2
Connect in Empuls
Enter the credentials in Empuls, select your Zoho data center, and authorize the connection.
Step 3
Map fields and set filters
Choose which Zoho People fields map to Empuls profiles and exclude any groups you do not want synced.
Step 4
Validate and sync
Download a CSV to check the data, then run the first sync now or schedule it. After that it refreshes every 24 hours.
