Birthdays and work anniversaries are read from PeopleStrong. Empuls sends the celebration on the day without manual scheduling from HR.

Recognition follows the reporting structure
Peer nominations and award approvals route through the org hierarchy in PeopleStrong. The right manager approves every nomination.
Step 4
Rewards reach the right inbox
Reward links go to the email stored in PeopleStrong. Leavers are deactivated before any pending reward is claimed.

One-way, PeopleStrong to Xoxoday. Runs once every 24 hours. API path is capped at 1,000 records per day; SFTP is unconstrained.

First name, last name, official email, employee code or ID, grade, department, designation, date of birth, date of joining, mobile number, business unit, cost center, and location. Other contact and reporting fields can be added on request.
If your workforce has more than 1,000 daily adds, updates, or exits, the API path will hit its daily cap and the sync falls behind. SFTP has no daily cap and is the recommended path for larger workforces.
Legacy: configure from the Xoxoday front end using realm ID, integration name, API key, and auth key. Best for existing PeopleStrong tenants. Modern: share cURL or Postman endpoints with your account manager for backend setup. Best for newer PeopleStrong tenants with token-based auth.
One-way. PeopleStrong is where the data lives, Xoxoday reads from it. Recognition, reward, and survey activity captured in Xoxoday stays in Xoxoday. We do not write back to PeopleStrong.
When an exit is recorded in PeopleStrong, Xoxoday removes the employee from the active list on the next sync.
