A program manager in Singapore approves a gift card for a partner in Nairobi. The catalog has a card for Nairobi, but only one, and it is for a retailer the recipient has never used.
The reward goes out on time and is never redeemed. That is the quiet failure in global rewards: the catalog looked big in the demo and thin in the market that mattered.
A catalog is only as good as the choices it gives each recipient, in their own country and currency. Reach, depth and delivery vary a lot between providers.
We compared 10 platforms by the kind of catalog each one runs, so a team can match the provider to the countries and recipients it serves.
Disclosure: Xoxoday publishes this guide and Plum is one of the 10. All are judged on the same criteria.

What Makes a Rewards Catalog Work Across Countries?
A catalog works when a recipient in any market finds something they want to redeem, delivered fast, with a program team that can control the spend.

We judged every platform on five tests:
- Catalog depth by country. Does each market have several brands people actually use, not one token option?
- Recipient choice. Can the recipient pick a card, a wallet or a prepaid card, or does the sender force one?
- Delivery and redemption. Look for instant delivery over the channels recipients use, such as email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Program controls. Approvals, budgets, fraud checks and tax handling matter once volume grows.
- API and bulk issuance. A program that outgrows a pilot needs triggers, batches and webhooks, not manual uploads.
We weighted catalog depth by country and recipient choice most, because those decide whether a reward is redeemed. Feature claims come from each vendor's public pages, written in our own words. Ratings come from G2 and Capterra as of October 2026 and change over time. Where a score rests on fewer than 20 reviews, we show the count.

1. Xoxoday Plum
Global enterprise catalog. Plum is a rewards marketplace built for programs that span many countries. The catalog covers 10M+ reward options across 150+ countries, in 50+ currencies and 50+ languages. A recipient can choose a local gift card, a prepaid card or a wallet payout, delivered by email, SMS, WhatsApp or a link.
Rewards fire from rules, such as a completed survey, a referral or a sales milestone, or in bulk through an API with idempotency and webhooks. One research firm used Plum to pay respondents in 31 markets from a single platform.
Plum is catalog-led. A team that only needs bank transfers, with no reward choice for the recipient, will find a bank-rail specialist closer to its need.
- One catalog and one API across gift cards, wallets and cards
- Recipient choice, with delivery by email, SMS, WhatsApp or link
- Maker-checker approvals, KYC thresholds and tax form workflows
- Catalog-led, so less suited to bank-transfer-only treasury use
2. InComm Incentives
Global enterprise catalog. InComm Incentives is the business ordering arm of InComm Payments. Buyers order branded gift cards in variable denominations through a B2B portal, and can add Vanilla open-loop Visa cards in digital or physical form. Enterprise API integrations are available.
The company says its network spans 525,000+ retail locations, 1,000+ brand partners and 35 countries. Its public pages describe a gift card and prepaid product, not a recognition or engagement suite.
- Branded and open-loop cards from one supplier
- Portal ordering with variable denominations
- Enterprise API integrations
- Gift card and prepaid-led, with no recognition or engagement modules
3. Pluxee
Global enterprise catalog. Pluxee, formerly Sodexo Benefits and Rewards, sells a mobile-first rewards and recognition platform alongside its benefits products. Peers and managers can send shoutouts with points and badges, and service anniversaries can trigger recognition automatically.
Rewards can be monetary or non-monetary, and the program can be branded to company values. Offerings differ by country site, so a global team should confirm which modules its markets get. The company says it serves 5,000+ UK organizations.
- Recognition, points and benefits from one provider
- Automated service-anniversary recognition
- Real-time reporting on engagement
- A benefits and recognition suite first, so the catalog is not the lead feature
4. Giftogram
Gift card and cash payout APIs. Giftogram pairs a large gift card catalog with cash options. Senders can pick from 140,000+ gift card brands, prepaid Visa and Mastercard, or send cash by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or ACH, and recipients can also donate to charity.
Rewards go out by spreadsheet upload, by API or Zapier, or on a trigger from an HR or CRM system. The company says 22,000+ companies use it. Its public pages show no recognition or engagement modules, and we did not verify coverage by country.
- Gift cards, prepaid cards and cash in one place
- Bulk send from spreadsheets and event triggers
- API and Zapier integrations
- Payout and gifting-led, with no recognition culture tools
5. eGifter
Gift card and cash payout APIs. eGifter began as a consumer gift card marketplace and now runs a corporate side with a self-serve bulk order portal and a Branded Rewards API. The RESTful API comes with a sandbox, and eGifter cards can also reach recipients through partner rewards and loyalty platforms.
Public pages do not state catalog size or country coverage for the corporate product, so a buyer should ask for both before planning a global program.
- Self-serve portal for bulk orders
- REST API with a sandbox
- Delivery through partner loyalty platforms
- Corporate catalog size and regions are not published
6. Cadooz
Regional and wholesale catalogs. Cadooz is a European incentive specialist, now part of Euronet's epay business. It is known for multi-choice gift vouchers and cards that recipients redeem at retailers, online stores and in apps, plus co-branded card programs and premium awards.
Its footprint centers on Germany, Austria and Poland. A team rewarding recipients mainly in Asia, the Middle East or the Americas would need another source for those markets.
- Multi-choice vouchers redeemable across many merchants
- Co-branded card programs for partners
- Backed by a large payments group
- Europe-focused, with limited coverage elsewhere
7. Epipoli
Regional and wholesale catalogs. Epipoli, based in Italy, runs the MyGiftCard gift card platform, a reloadable Epipoli Prepaid Mastercard and a Reward platform for incentive and loyalty programs. Its site groups these under gift card, incentive, analytics and loyalty offers.
The company says it sells 25M cards a year through 70,000 points of sale, with 450+ retail partners and 9,000+ B2B clients. Its footprint is retail-led and European, and we found no sign of a global multi-country API.
- Gift card, prepaid card and incentive products from one provider
- Large retail partner network in Italy, per the company
- Reloadable prepaid Mastercard option
- Europe and retail-centric, with no global API on its public pages
8. DT One
Regional and wholesale catalogs. DT One is a wholesale API for digital value. A single connection reaches mobile airtime and data top-ups, eSIMs, branded vouchers, gift cards and bill payments, with a developer portal and a branded rewards portal for distributing digital rewards.
The company says it reaches 190 countries with 23,000+ products and 2,800+ partners. It is built for distributors, so an HR or marketing team will usually reach it through a partner, and gift cards are one category among several.
- Airtime, data, vouchers and gift cards through one API
- Real-time transactions
- Developer portal and documentation
- Wholesale-focused, not an HR recognition tool
9. Clever Cards
Regional and wholesale catalogs. Clever Cards issues digital Mastercards in 30+ currencies for employee benefits, insurance payouts and business expenses. Cards arrive by email, SMS or messaging, work with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and show spend in real time. API and white-label options are available.
It suits employers who want one flexible card, particularly in Ireland where its pages highlight tax-free employee rewards. It is an open-loop card issuer, not a brand voucher catalog. The company says 20,000+ companies use it.
- Digital Mastercards in 30+ currencies
- Apple Pay and Google Pay support
- API and white-label options
- Open-loop cards only, with no branded gift card catalog
10. Sendoso
Gifting-led platform. Sendoso is a sending platform for sales, marketing and customer teams. It offers 1,000+ gift options across eGifts, branded merchandise, experiences and direct mail, with global fulfillment, real-time tracking and CRM-triggered campaigns. SmartSuite adds AI help with gift picks and messages.
The company says it has handled 15M+ sends across 165+ countries, and it added Alyce to its portfolio in 2024. It is gifting-led, with no points-based rewards catalog, and a larger share of volume is physical fulfillment.
- Digital and physical gifts from one platform
- CRM-triggered campaign automation
- AI gift recommendations through SmartSuite
- Gifting-led, with no points catalog or HR recognition core
What to Ask Before You Choose a Platform
Every demo shows a catalog with thousands of options. These four questions show what is behind the number.
- Which brands are live in our top five markets? Ask for a country-by-brand list, not a global brand count.
- Can the recipient choose the reward type? A forced single option raises the share of rewards that go unredeemed.
- What happens to unredeemed rewards? Confirm expiry rules, how funds return and who sees the report.
- How are approvals, budgets and tax forms handled by country? Get the thresholds in writing before you scale volume.

Which Global Rewards Catalog Should You Choose?
If recipients across many countries need to choose their own reward, start with Plum. For bulk branded cards from a large payments group, look at InComm Incentives. For recognition tied to employee benefits, evaluate Pluxee.
Giftogram and eGifter fit teams that want gift card and cash payouts by API. Cadooz and Epipoli suit European programs, DT One suits telcos and fintechs, and Clever Cards suits employers who prefer one open-loop card. Sendoso fits sales and marketing teams that send physical gifts.

Frequently asked questions
It is software that gives a business one catalog of gift cards, vouchers and other rewards to send to people in many countries, usually through a portal or API. The better ones handle currency, local brands and delivery to the recipient.
A single gift card locks the recipient to one brand. A catalog lets the recipient choose from several, which raises redemption, especially across countries where brand preferences differ.
Ask for a country-by-brand list for your top markets, not a global brand count. Confirm local currency, delivery channels and expiry rules in each market before you commit.
Once a program passes a pilot, yes. An API with triggers, bulk issuance and webhooks lets rewards fire automatically from a survey, referral or sales event instead of manual uploads.
Open-loop cards work almost anywhere cards are accepted and suit recipients who want flexibility. Branded gift cards feel more personal and can be cheaper to run, but they only work at one retailer. A platform that offers both lets you test which one gets redeemed.
